How i got into the time share business part 12

Every industry has its learning bell curve and this new time share thing was turning heads.

Mr E was not new to this as he had been creating all types of clubs going back many years, with his wife ginny simms. They had put deals together from the 50's on , clubs in minnesota, washington, california, restaurants with famous musicians etc. These people didnt walk in the

door duuhhh...lets start a time share..they were movers and shakers, he was instrumental in getting Eisenhower elected and politically connected, as i mentioned he was past attorney general and 2 term senator, she had dated louis b. mayer after his wife passed away. Ginny
won the national designer award in 1961 for her decorating wonders for the hyatt hotels and gave the name to the hotels as hyatt was at a loss what to call it. Time and Life magazines
called Mr. E "The young lawyer with the book "for his rousing G.O.P. nomination of Eisenhower.
Needless to say but if you search the net for ginny simms you will see her wonderful and outstanding radio and movie career. Many celebrities ventured into resorts and the like,
as did Ralph Evinrude (of marine engine fame) with frances langford in florida.

The bad economics of the times and the fact that the "honeymoon" was over plus all the new
regulations and real estate requirements slowed things down a bit, and in addition to this many
companies were now jumping in. Time share was here to stay, and mr. e already had off-site offices all over so he survived.
