How i got into the time share business part 8

As i stated before i held the whole time share thing in contempt, primarily because of the very brash salespeople. I was also jealous of their lifestyle i must admit. Sales and marketing worked very closely together whereas some companies it was a dysfunctional family. Soon i was tasked
to co-ordinate cash delivery to opc's. No small feat, i'll explain. The success of hospitality sales is to have a room full of customers not less, as it seems your biz is slow and of no interest. The penthouse had 3 shows a day by invitation only. In order to do this the opc's had an allotment
of 20 tables to fill 3 times a day anything less is courting disaster this movement all told cost
about $20,000 daily. Many locations around waikiki would be responsible for delivering the couples. If it seemed on the pre-arrival list the night before the room would be lacking they would call me to deliver heavy incentives from 6 to 9 at night. So one night im trying to buy satsuma vases from this japanese lady dealer and my pager goes off. Im driving her and on the way stop at a booth and give the lady $500, thanks for the 2 couples and drove off. She told me she attented a time share from this very booth and couldnt believe how much they made ,i told her they were paid from $150 to $300 each couple this was just a bonus. She had the night shift starting wed.! Soon we had supervisors on motorcycles doing this and it was very effective.
